Baguettes with butter and kaiser pastarma on melted cheese
Ingredients:
» 400 g kaiser pastarma from beef bonfillet
» 50 g olive oil
» 300 g MEGGLE melted cheese
» 1 tablespoon of white, red and black pepper
» 1 tablespoon of fenugreek, oregano and savory
» 300 g baby salad and arugula
» 3 types of MEGGLE baguettes with butter – rustic and classic
» red wine
» 1 pinch of sea salt crystals
Preparation:
Arrange the salad leaves on the serving board, mix all the spices and sprinkle. Arrange the melted cheeses with different flavors on top. Drizzle with olive oil and arrange the sliced pastrami on top in very thin pieces. Finally, sprinkle with salt crystals.
Remove the baguette from the packaging, place it in a preheated oven with the grill in the middle position while heating the top and the bottom to 200°C and bake it for about 9-11 minutes until golden. Cut the baguettes and decorate the serving board.
The specialties are consumed with a glass of red wine.
