Grilled zucchini with sour cream and dill

Ingredients:

» 3 pcs. zucchini
» 5 springs of dill
» 400 g MEGGLE sour cream
» 2 red peppers
» 1 lemon
» 2 cloves of carlic
» olive oil, salt

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini, cut them into thin strips lengthwise and marinate them with olive oil and salt. Rub the grill with one lemon and heat it. Grill the zucchini and red peppers on each side for about 3-4 minutes. Mix sour cream with salt and finely chopped dill, garlic and red peppers. You can add a little squeezed lemon or black pepper. Wrap the grilled zucchini by hand on snails and fill them with the help of a teaspoon with the prepared milk mixture. You are ready to serve.
