Ice cream pie with brandy and fruits

Ingredients:

» 1 pack of tea biscuits
» 1 teaspoon of water
» 300 g raspberries or other fruits (maybe frozen)
» 1 tablespoon grated almonds
» 400 g MEGGLE sour milk
» 1 tablespoon lemon juice
» 1 tablespoon brandy
» 500 ml MEGGLE whipping cream
» raspberry syrup
» 1 teaspoon of sugar

Preparation:

Crush the biscuits and mix them with grated almonds. Pour the mixture on the bottom of small cake tins. Sprinkle them with a little brandy and set aside to soak. Meanwhile, mash the raspberries (or other fruits) with sugar, lemon juice and water. Whip the cream, sour milk and raspberry puree until smooth. Pour the mixture with raspberry puree on the biscuit layer, smooth the surface, put a few raspberries on top and place the forms in the freezer. When serving, pour raspberry syrup over each piece.
