Grandma’s fresh cheesecake


For dough:
» 250 g of flour
» 65 g of sugar
» 125 g MEGGLE Premium butter
» 1 egg
» 2 teaspoons baking powder

Cheese cream:
» 500 g MEGGLE of fresh cheese
» 150 g of sugar
» 60 g MEGGLE Premium butter
» 45 g of flour
» 125 ml MEGGLE milk
» 2 eggs
» 2 vanilla sugars


In a bowl with a mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture. Knead a smooth dough. Set aside 1/3 of the dough and roll out the rest of the dough and place on a baking sheet.

Cheese cream:
Whisk together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs, adding the flour while stirring. Finally add the cheese and milk and mix all the ingredients well. Pour the cream cheese over the rolled dough in the tin. Form the rest of the dough into strips and arrange them over the cream cheese in the shape of a grid. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 40 minutes until it turns brown.
