Cannelloni with spinach, cream and fresh cheese


» 12 pcs. cannelloni paste
» 1 egg
» 200 g ricotta cheese
» 200 g cottage cheese
» 120 g spinach
» 2 cloves of garlic
» 200 ml MEGGLE cooking cream
» 150 g MEGGLE Creme Blanche fresh cheese with spices
» 2 tablespoons olive oil
» salt and pepper


Put the cannelloni in boiling salted water for two minutes, then set aside. Peel the spinach leaves from the stems and rinse well with water. In a bowl, beat the egg, season with salt and pepper, beat and add the cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, crushed garlic, freshly chopped spinach leaves and mix well. Fill the cannelloni with the resulting mixture and arrange them next to each other in a fireproof dish smeared with olive oil. In a bowl, mix the cream with a little fresh cheese with spices and spread it over the cannelloni. Place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
