Pie with raspberries and sour milk
Ingredients:
» 400 g MEGGLE sour milk
» 3 eggs
» a little salt
» sugar
» 1 vanilla sugar
» flour
» 125 g MEGGLE Premium Butter
» 400 g MEGGLE sour cream
» 2 handfuls of raspberries (or blackcurrants or other fruits)
Preparation:
Turn on the oven at 200°C and let it heat up. Mix the eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar, then add the sour milk, a pinch of salt and 8 tablespoons of flour while still stirring. Try the mixture, if it is not sweet, add more sugar. Grease the pan or baking tray well and place it in the oven to heat for 5 minutes. Then take it out and pour the mixture into it, return to the oven for another 5 minutes to bake the bottom. Wash the fruits and mix 1 sour cream with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. After 5 minutes, remove the mixture again and pour sour cream with sugar over it, then sprinkle with raspberries or the chosen fruits. Return the final mixture to the oven to bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
