Light cherry cake
Ingredients:
» 2 jars of cherry compote
» 20 tablespoons of sugar
» 20 tablespoons of semolina
» 3 vanilla puddings
» 250 g MEGGLE Premium butter
» 1 l of MEGGLE milk
» 700 ml MEGGLE whipping cream
Preparation:
Drain the cherries and save the juice. Add a total of 1.5 litters of water to the juice. Add sugar to the juice and cook. When it boils, add the cherries. When the mixture of juice and sugar boils, add the wire per tablespoon of semolina and cook stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Pour the mixture into a cake pan (pre-fill the mould with water to prevent the mixture from sticking). Place the cooked pudding on the mixture, to which the butter has been added (cook the pudding according to the instructions on the package and cool it). Put 500 ml of whipped cream on the mixture of pudding and butter. Decorate the cake taken out of the mould with 200 ml of whipped cream.
