Strawberry fruit cake with sour milk
Ingredients:
Ingredients for the biscuits/ marshes:
» 2 eggs
» 4 tablespoons of sugar
» 4 tablespoons of flour
» 50 g MEGGLE Butter
» 1 baking powder
Ingredients for the cream:
» 500 g MEGGLE Creme Blanche fresh cheese with cream
» 300 g MEGGLE Fruity sour-milk for drinking
» 500 ml MEGGLE Creme Patisserie sweetened whipping creme
» 4 tablespoons of sugar
» 2 sachets of gelatin
» 3 tablespoons of MEGGLE milk
» 300 g finely chopped fresh strawberries or berries
Preparation:
Beat eggs and sugar, add butter, flour and baking powder. Pour the biscuit mixture into a round cake tin and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C. When the marsh is baked, leave it to cool. Make a cream by whipping the fresh cheese with 3 tablespoons of milk, fruity sour milk and 4 tablespoons of sugar. You can heat a little strawberry fruity sour milk and add gelatin to it, which you prepare according to the instructions on the packaging. Beat the sweetened cream in a separate bowl. Add Creme Patisserie to the cooled mixture of strawberries and gelatin fruit sour milk. Add spoon by spoon to this mixture, stirring slowly, finely chopped fresh strawberries. In the form in which it is baked, arrange the marshmallows and pour cream over them. You can decorate the cream with fresh strawberries or other fruits on which you pour red gelatin. Leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
