Sandwiches with fresh cheese, mozzarella and basil

» 1 dark wholemeal bread
» 4 red peppers
» 150 g MEGGLE Premium Butter
» 150 g MEGGLЕ Creme Blanche fresh cheese
» 300 g MEGGLE melted cheese slices mozzarella
» basil leaves
» olive oil


Roast the peppers, peel them and marinate them with a little salt and olive oil. Spread butter on the slices of bread very lightly, arrange slices of melted mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with olive oil. Place a fresh basil leaf on top of each sandwich. Arrange the sandwiches on a wooden serving board and present.
