Broccoli and peas soup with cream

» 1 kg broccoli
» 1 kg frozen peas
» 1 cube of chicken broth
» 500 g MEGGLE cooking cream
» 1 clove of garlic
» 1 onion
» salt, pepper



Boil the broccoli and the peas in boiling salted water for a few minutes until soft. Then rinse them with ice cold water to keep their fresh green color. In a saucepan with blanched vegetables add chicken broth and peeled and diced onions, garlic. Once softened, add salt and pepper. The soup is mashed with a blender, cream is added to it and served immediately warm with croutons.
