Sweet pita with sour milk

Ingredients:

For the dough:
» 200 g MEGGLE Premium Butter
» 4 egg yolks
» 100 g sugar
» 400 g flour
» 1 baking powder
» 1 vanilla sugar

For the cream:
» 4 egg whites
» 1 cup of MEGGLE sour milk
» 1 cup of MEGGLE sour cream
» 5 tablespoons flour
» 200 g sugar
» 1 vanilla sugar
» 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Preparation:

Dough:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cut the MEGGLE butter into strips and knead the dough with your hands. After the dough is kneaded a little, knead it on the table (gather the crumbs around and knead them with the dough). Shape into a nice ball. Cut the dough in half into 2 pieces of about 400 g and put them in separate bags. Put one half of the dough in the refrigerator (the one you will roll out for the bottom) and the other in the freezer (the one you will grate) for 30 minutes. While the dough cools, prepare the cream.

Cream:
Turn the oven to 180°C and let it heat up. Beat the egg whites in hard snow. Then add MEGGLE sour milk, MEGGLE sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Stir briefly just to mix and set aside.

Preparation:
Take a baking tray and put the baking paper on it. Take the cooled dough out of the fridge, roll it out on the greased paper and spread it freely on top so that it doesn't stick. Transfer the dough together with the paper to the baking tray. Put the cream on the dough, spread and flatten it. Remove the other dough from the crust and grate it on top with a large grater. Bake the pie for about 35-40 minutes (until golden brown).
