Stuffed potatoes in foil on the grill

Ingredients:

» 4 large potatoes of approx. 160 g
» 1 large carrot of about 100 g
» 40 g fresh sprouts (wheat germ, bean sprouts,…)
» 200 g MEGGLE sour cream
» 70 g MEGGLE butter specialty with herbs

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and wrap in aluminium foil. Bake for about 40 minutes on a preheated grill. Rotate occasionally. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and grate them coarsely. Wash the sprouts and leave to drain. Stir the sour cream to get a smooth mixture. Remove the potatoes from the foil, open the top and fill each with 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Sprinkle grated carrots and alpha alpha sprouts (wheat germ, bean sprouts, ...) over it. Cut the butter with herbs into 8 slices and put 2 slices on each potato.
